Debonairs Rondebosch: items missing from delivery repeatedly

We have placed orders from Debonairs Pizza from time to time, and almost every time I order an "extra" item such as soda, or dessert, or a SUB on a pizza order, it is forgotten to be delivered!! Today the sub was forgotten to be prepared. What kind of service is that? It is an inconvenience and I am terribly disappointed. I keep giving this place a chance but the employees seem ill trained to do their jobs properly. I do not recommend Debonairs Pizza Rondebosch.
