DEBONAIRS-RICHARDSBAY-JUNCTION MALL - POOR SERVICE

Debonairs Pizza, Richardsbay Junction Mall.....Have always messed up my order. Always complain...replacement doesn't solve the problem.....i have ordered on my Debonairs App, a veg pizza, omitting all meat, however bacon was in the pizza. We never ate beef or pork our entire life, to get this, yet paying. then last night i order 3 creamy veg, not sure if the driver or staff dropped this or placed boxes upside down, all 3 were messed up and stuck to the box cover...I have pics still of both, bacon and last night's order. bear in mind i was having a kid's party and ordered, i had to cook up something quick for dinner....as kids were hungry....i also mentioned to the delivery guy upon delivery, I hope my order doesn't have a problem!!!!

the 2 staff I have spoken to Are Zodwa and Promise.

this is the 3rd incident, previously, i also experienced this, cannot remember the date as I didn't take pics, or dates, 3rd time experience same branch!!!
