Debonairs requested me to come collect my order that I placed online

I am so disappointed with the service I’ve received from placing an order on the Debonairs app Order #***. I placed this order. My order was accepted by the store however my order was never delivered. The store then contacted me and advised they do not deliver in my area yet the app says they do. They then proceeded to say I should leave where I am and meet the driver in a closer location at my own expense if I want to my order. I then queried when my funds would be returned as I had paid online and the person said they do not know. My order has since not been delivered
