Debonairs refuses to make Rustic Pizza

We went there as a family wanting to order the new Rustic Pizza range as advertised and Gina at the till informed us that they don't have boxes for this product and can't make it. My husband asked if she can ask the manager if they can put it in other boxes or packaging because we went there a specially for that. When the manager Marshall Chirenje came to the front he just refused, he greeted and said no we can't do that. We still wanted to explain that we did not care in what we got the pizza we just wanted that pizza but no matter what he refused. Why run a national TV add so that once people actually respond to the add you can just turn them down. I am so disappointed, the service was terrible, the attitudes was not bearable, and even from the manager.
