Debonairs Refund & Lack of Customer Service! HORRIBLE

I made a online purchase from debornairs on Friday the first time it did not go through. The second time it did but I have been debited twice and still not been refunded yet??? Please can I get my money back . I called in to the help centre he said he would call me back in the next hour on the day, 2 days later, still nothing. I call back they tell me its the store managers responsibility then I called the shop the managers tells me its all online and he has nothing to do with it???

Please can someone advise what to do. I never ever had problems before with this method of purchasing

Kindly refund my money back! I'm disgusted in this service received and will never order Debonairs again.
