Debonairs Rediculous Service

Last night at 20h00 my wife ordered a triple decker pizza via the debonairs app and money was deducted from my account. The outlet is about 6km from my house. No one attempted to call us to bring the order and up till now(day after) we have not yet recieved the order. This has been a continuous struggle with this outlet. They are the most useless and *********** bunch. We called debonairs today at 10am to enquire about the matter and they said they will call us back. It's now 10h50 no call and they have money. They have done this for the past 5 times I ordered pizza. What a pathetic outlet this is.
