Debonairs Rectifying their mistakes

I ordered 6 pizzas on Wednesday the 29th of January. When it arrived, it was all mushed up and it was sticking to the box. We had friends over for a game night and couldn't serve the pizzas like that. I logged a complaint at Hellopeter as well as on FB and send a personal email. I received a call today from Charity the Manager at the Phillip Nel Park branch. She handles the situation with grace and replaced the 4 pizza that we couldn't serve the Wednesday. I would like to thank them for taking the time and rectifying the situation.
