DEBONAIRS RANFONTEIN FOOD POISONING

On Sunday, 26 October 2025, I placed an online order for the Triple Decker Festive Bundle (Order No. ***) at Debonairs Randfontein, which my wife collected from the store. After consuming the pizza, both my wife and I experienced severe stomach discomfort, including multiple episodes of bowel movements and an inability to sleep throughout the night. We strongly suspect that this was caused by food poisoning resulting from the meal.

I contacted the store the following day and spoke with the Store Manager, who advised me to obtain a medical certificate to support the matter. I have since visited a doctor and submitted the Medical Certificate via email to Sibongile, who confirmed receipt and informed me that she would escalate the issue to her superiors. However, after 24 hours without feedback, I contacted the store again and spoke with Sakhile, who also promised to follow up, but I have still not received any update or resolution.

This matter is extremely concerning, given the serious health impact it has had on both of us and the lack of follow-up communication despite multiple attempts on my part.
