Debonairs Randfontein - *********** Service Delivery!

We received the worst service from Debonairs, Randfontein Greenhills Circle branch!!!!! We placed an online order on the 04.08.2020 at 18:12 Order *** we waited 45 min & called then to find out where our food is the guy said the driver already left with our food. 30 mins later we phoned again & again they said the driver already left. The driver eventually came at 19:45 and our "hot or not" dot was black, the cheese was not even melted. So he told us the option for the free pizza if your dot is black is only if you collect in store not for delivery as well. He was so stressed after we confronted him about the late delivery that our pizzas anyway fell on the ground. This terrible service delivery is directly from the branch & we want an apology as we had to wait almost 2 hours for our food & they are also not adhering to the hot or not policy as stated on their website!! Please do not ever order from Debonair s again as you will die of hunger before your pizza arrive!!!
