Debonairs **** #quality#service 😠

I had the most **** experience with debonairs Westgate mall Mitchell's plain branch last night I placed a online order at 18:45, 2 hours later I have still not have received my order I called several times and my calls constantly gets cut off , I decided to drive up to the branch on getting there my order was checked on the system with a bunch of other orders not even being prepared yet, I waited to be seen by the manager he attendid to customers that came after me and I waited I left at 21:30 PM to get home to a pizza that's not even full of cheese like half way, I wanted my money back but because it was online I could not get my refund at that moment and was told will only be in my account by next week that's where I decided to just take my order, after last night I am done with debonairs
