DEBONAIRS PTA CBD POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ON APP ORDERS

I just ordered a pizza by 19:42 today at DEBONAIRS PTA CBS . Using an app,it went through and I got the message saying they have received my order. And as I was tracking the order on the app, firstly the status was "our pizza chefs are slicing and dicing. Then after 48 minutes of waiting it says tracking unavailable. When I try placing an order again it said the restaurant is temporarily closed the can't take an order. This service is bad. And this is not the first time. Last time my whole family had to sleep hungry. Now I have to make other plans this late. Now it's 20:35 where do I go now?? No this is not right at all
