Debonairs poor service

To whom it may concern

I am very disappointed and disgusted by the service I receive from Debonairs Pizza Khayelitsha. I placed an order at 12:12 on Wednesday paid online for the oizza. Only to receive my order at 18:34 . 7 hours later and numerous phones calls made to your contact centre and being given the tub around for a product I already paid for. To receive a call 7 hrs later that they have an outstanding order and would like to deliver after I told them I would like a refund as I’ve waited 7 hours for a simple pizza delivery which is not even 10 minutes away from my house . Poor service I’ve ever experienced and shall never use Debonairs pizza the service is appalling and I’ve been expecting a call from the Khayelitsha branch manager and still nothing. If this is how you treat your customers and run your business it’s disgusting
