Debonairs poor service

On 2025/04/06 I ordered 2× triple deck pizzas from dawn park debonairs online with the value of R484 my pizza never arrived and I learned with shock that my delivery was taken to a wrong adress and I made a complaint with the store in question of no avail NB money was paid online. Please help. As a regular customer I don't deserve such kind of treatment.
