Debonairs please pay back my money, I need to go buy food elsewhere

On the 7th of March I bought 2 pizzas with desserts at long Street debonairs in Kimberley via debonairs app with my last money as I was trying to impress my colleague. The order did not go through on the app yet money was deducted on my account. I immediately called the store and I was told the order did not go through as they couldn't see anything on their side as well. I was told that this happens and my money was gonna be reversed into my account within 48 hours. Today it is the 11th and I called the store and I was told to wait for 6 days!!! What kind of ******* is this? I've used a lot of apps to purchase food, never ever had I come across such a problem. Debonairs you are a big brand please pay back my money, I need to buy bread.
