debonairs pizza's delivery service is terrible

i ordered a pizza from debonairs at 19:00 and they called to let me know that the weather was giving them issues but they would deliver, then get a call from the driver at 21:12 saying he is outside and i must come get my delivery, i stood outside in the rain for close to an hour and still the was no pizza delivery man , and this is not the first time on saturday evening i ordered a pizza and it was never delivered only to receive an sms in the morning stating that the shop had received my order when i had ordered the pizza the night before , debonairs pretoria sunnyside and arcadia, i have never seen such terrible service and incosideration for other peoples time , we do not order food for fun, we order because we are hungry and if you feel like you dont want to deliver, do dont accept my order.
