Debonairs Pizza's customer service stinks!!

The Service Standard of Debonairs Pizza has dropped and I am so enraged. I ordered pizza (on the double) and at 17h15 I was told that delivery will take 45 minutes. It's now 18h30 and my order is still not here! This is so unacceptable and the management needs to be taken to task. I advise the business to review its Standard Operating procedures to ensure that the brand's name is upheld. I expect better than this!!!!
