Debonairs Pizza WonderPark Pateties!!
Ek bel en bestel pizzas half 8 die aand, nou ja so stap die tyd en stap..... 21:20 nogsteeds geen pizza nie, toe Google my wys dat hulle al 21:00 toe gemaak het! Ek het dadelik 'n complain gerig by hulle online customer care. Intussen het ek 'n oproep ontvang van een of ander vrou van Debonairs wat net by my wou weet waar ek bly, waarop ek geantwoord het, Kanonkop Middelburg. Dit was die einde van ons oproep. Nou ja, 2 - 3 weke later ontvang ek 'n boodskap wat die volgende wys, "Debonairs Customer Care Case 352750 has been Resolved. We thank you for your interaction.". Ek het seker iets gemis, hoe "resolve" hulle 'n saak sonder die ou wat actually gekla het??? Ek sal nooit weer my geld op hulle mors nie!!
