Debonairs pizza when am I getting my pizza delivered

I ordered pizza online from Debonairs pizza, Evaton Mall branch today the 19th June 2021 at 15:40. At 16:40 I had still not received my pizza then I called the Call centre and spoke to a consultant Kgomotso, who told me to call the branch directly. Upon calling several times and my call being hung up every time, I then decided to go to the branch. I spoke to the manager Puleng, who assured me that my pizza would be delivered in less than 30 minutes and who said that the delivery man left about 15 minutes prior to that. It is now 18:35 and I still have not received my pizza. Debonairs is this how you treat your customers?
