Debonairs Pizza Westwood Mall

I made an online order at Debonairs Westwood on 04 October 2022 they did not deliver because apparently they dont deliver in my area. I asked for a refund because I could not go and collect the pizza. I've called over 8times and they keep saying they will get back to me and nobody even bothers. Im fed up because I really don't understand why they accept orders if they don't deliver in certain areas.
