Debonairs Pizza was off!

I used the Debonairs at Newton Park. I have never been so disappointed, after two hours of trying to place an order on the phone and failed because I was on hold for the longest time, I decided to download the App so that I can order online and I did so, I waited for another hour and the order didn’t arrive I eventually decided to just go get it and I got it after another 20 minutes waiting outside. As I ate the pizza it was off and sour I couldn’t even continue eating it, then they got the second pizza order completely wrong, it smelled so bad that I didn’t even start eating it, I decided to throw it away. I wasted my money, my petrol, time and I am never trusting this shop again. I had heard about the FIFO methods which were to be used after lockdown by restaurants but I thought that you would at least value us as your customers. I am baffled beyond words! We pay a lot of money for your pizza to not vs able to enjoy it.
