Debonairs pizza Verulam is pathetic
2 hours 5 minutes to deliver a pizza less than 5km away from store.
False feedback and lies from cashier and store manager. Absolutely pathetic.
7h45. Order placed for delivery 8h45. Spoke to store cashier. Was told driver has the order. "There's alot of traffic." 9h00. Spoke to cashier. Was told all orders are out and will arrive shortly. 9h15. Spoke to store manager. Confirms all orders have left store. I asked him if they even made the pizza yet. I doubt they did. Manager replies with yes (ofcoz he does) and gives an excuse that" they have to use their own cellphones to contact driver". 9h50. Pizza arrives. Driver confirms that he picked up pizza 5mins ago and that I am the first stop from the store.
Bunch of lazy. pathetic. *****. Working at Verulam debonairs. Only made my pizza after my 3rd call.
If you can't work properly during December. Go home.
