DEBONAIRS PIZZA VAN RIEBEECK PARK

<p>The service and treatment that I received from Debonairs Van Riebeeck Park on Saturday night (25-02-2017) was so pathetic that I don't feel like ever buying from there again. I didn't even want to pay for the food.</p> <p><br />I live 10 mins away from the store and waited an hour to receive my order which didn't even arrive. being unwell, I had to drive to the store in poor weather conditions to pick up my order which was even incorrect.</p> <p>When I get to the store, its extreme chaos and cashiers are not at al interested in the customers. I eventually had to walk up to a driver and ask for my order, when I go to pay, the cashiers make like I'm invisible so I walk out and left.</p> <p>I then realized that my order was incorrect. I tried contacting the store to explain that the order is wrong and I wont pay for an order that has taken forever to get done, is incorrect and where people treat me as a regular customer so poorly. I could not get through to the store and then a driver contacted me asking me to come back there and pay for the pizza.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was so angry at this point that called him back and told him that I will not come back and he must come to me with my correct order and then I will pay for it. He then put the manager on the phone and I told the manager what happened and that I will not be coming back, he must send a driver to me with my correct order.</p> <p> </p> <p>I still waited 45 mins for my correct order to get to me and even though I did not want to pay for this pathetic service and treatment, I did. I did not even receive an apology from the store or the manager but you online systems says its been resolved. I had a good mind of embarrassing Debonairs on my facebook account but I decided to be decent and contact them directly.</p> <p> </p> <p>Their head office contacted a little while ago just to hear my story and give me a telephonic apology . I was not even offered a refund but instead i was told that they will call the store to make sure it doesn't happen again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Truly such poor service all round!!</p>
