Debonairs pizza Van riebeck - Kempton park

My wife ordered a pizza via the app and when the driver finally got to my house after an hour. He gave me the pizza box. however, I forgot to switch on the outside light when I went to collect the pizza at my gate and its dark where he gave it to me and he quickly dashed off. When I got to the house we realized that the seal was broken and the pizza was a mess inside. I called the shop and someone answered to which I've asked who do I need to speak to when I want to complain, and she asked me if I wanted to speak to the manager, when I said yes, the phone went on music mode. I drove from my house to the shop still on the phone call waiting for the manager to come to the phone. When I got there, and still on the phone the Manager sadenly came and wanted to assist. When I told her that I've been on the call for over 20mins waiting for someone to assist me, one of the ladies put the phone down. And the manager told me that the reason my seal was broken is because the guys deliver too many ordered at the same time. And now it's a waste of my time and petrol even though I've ordered online because I didn't wanna driver. Who's paying to my petrol??cos the pizza I've paid for anyway. Order number 212
