Debonairs pizza unprofessionalism

I got the worst service from Debonairs Pizza Nko****owa Tzaneen. I ordered the 3 large pizza special on 11 March at 17:50 but my pizza was delivered over an hour later. When I called the franchise inquiring about the order I was told that it was for collection when this wasn't the case, I told them I just got an sms informing me my order for Delivery is on the way and the consultant told me because it was raining they had changed all orders to collection which I found very inconvenient because the exact reason I made an order for delivery was because it was raining and I couldn't go to the store. The consultant then said I could change back to delivery because the rain had stopped, which I did. The driver couldn't get to my house, I had to call him and give directions when I had already entered my adress whilst ordering, when I asked why he couldn't access my adress his response was he doesn't have his smart phone with him. The driver took 30 minutes to get to my house and when I called again inquiring of his whereabouts and why he was taking long he couldn't explain, kept telling me he was around the corner several times when he obviously wasn't. When he finally got to my house with a cold pizza he refused to give it to my nephew whom I had sent to fetch it from the gate and insisted I come out. He then proceeded to say he would block my number and make sure I collect my pizza next time since the pizza was free and he was doing me a favour by delivering.
