Debonairs Pizza Umzinto: Terrible service 😡

Terrible customer service at the Umzinto Debonairs Pizza : I placed my order at 13:24, I stood in the store waiting for my order, 45 mins later when I enquired as to the status of my order, and upon the staff checking, it was then realised that the order did not register on the system 😡 the supervisor then requested for 5 mins to get my order ready, 5 mins past and it was still not ready, I requested to speak to the manager, who in such an unprofessional manner apologised and when I was addressing the issue with him he walks away, hoping my order was ready only to find that it’s still not ready and then says I am listening to u 😡 the manager really needs management training!
