Debonairs Pizza ****ty service
I have never been more appalled at the Debonairs Pizza franchise at Sesifikile in Daveyton. Placed an order at 17h20 and the Pizza had not arrived at 19h10. I called countless times and the fone was not being picked up. I spoke to Thandi from the Customer Care and she told me that the Consultant at the Debonairs had not logged the order therefore no Pizza is coming and I would have to place another order. This is the 3rd time Debonairs has done this. Why do we place orders via phone if they are just ignored. Debonairs sucks.
