Debonairs pizza Tshwane Mall ****ming me

I am writing this review with such a heavy heart, I did an online purchase using my phone to Tshwane Mall and I then realized after a week that my account was debited twice, it has been almost 3 weeks since I reported this matter to the shop, no one cared to come back to me and explain how the process is unfolding, how did they balance their books in that particular week or are they used to *****ing from people??

on the 12th of April I sent through my bank statement reflecting the two amounts, they further asked for the card number of which I provided the same day. Each time I call I have to explain myself and this is quite draining... May I please get my money back and stop buying from Debonairs as its not safe.
