Debonairs Pizza - Try Something Awful

I am lodging this complaint to formally report the shocking service and outright disrespect I received from Debonairs Pizza Brickhill branch.

I ordered a Triple Decker Club Pizza which was not only incorrectly substituted with a Meaty Pizza, but the meat was clearly spoiled. This is completely unacceptable from a brand that claims to serve fresh, quality food.

When I called the store, the manager on duty, Shy Khan, was outright rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She had no hesitation in hanging up on me mid-conversation while I was still asking for a simple resolution: a fresh, correct replacement pizza. When I called again, her attitude was no better.

This level of service is disgraceful and poses a health risk. It is clear that poor management is the root cause of the staff’s lack of basic customer service.
