Debonairs Pizza - "Try something amazing... NOT!!!

"Try something amazing...?" Yeah - Amazingly dissappointing!!! On new years eve we placed an order with Debonairs Pizza Banburry Cross at 18H10. Knowing and understanding that it was new years' eve, we were more than happy to wait. However... My first phone call to Debonairs was at 19H30 in which I was told the driver had left (we are 800m away from the store). The delivery arrived at 08H00, but - The meal was not hot, it wasn't even warm... It was COLD! But, nothing an oven can't sort out - after all, it's new years eve. Then we realise the order isn't complete. Speaking to the driver we are assured he would come back IMMEDIATELY with the rest of the order (which incidentally was paid for in FULL). After another hour, I again called, this time to be told "Sorry - You'll get your order when you get your order, it's not my fault your order is late". I then called back to speak to someone else - to find out that Debonairs' closing time was 21H00. I wrote email to Debonairs on Thursday the 2nd to ask for a credit for the item that was not delivered which was never answered. I 'phoned again this morning to find out the status to be told a case was never logged. Thanks a bunch Debonairs... Not only does your service SUCK, but you ***** your customers' money too!!!

Reviewer Update
Dear Debonairs Pizza Team -
South African consumers are getting fed-up! This kind of service delivery is not unamazing - it is downright shocking! There seems to be a culture in the service delivery sector where everything is fixed with a "sorry". Well guess what - "Sorry" doesn't cut it anymore. Taking Eskom as an example - "Sorry" does not fix the damage to the economy, and Debonairs' "sorry" does not fix the fact that our new years' celebration was *****ed thanks to this level of service delivery!
As discussed with whoever called, please sort the credit out - And we'll be happy to take our pizza purchases where the people we deal with are grateful for our business.
