I'm really agitated, I made an order 2 hours ago and yet haven't received my order only for me to see on the app they say I have to collect, question is why accept orders for delivery if they can't deliver. I call the store and spoke to sinothile she told me they don't have drivers but after a lengthy conversation now the orders went out with the driver they only have 1 driver so I asked which is which. We have a diabetic person who needs to take meds I ordered for our convenience but what nonsense is this? We paid for this honestly this is utter nonsense
