Debonairs pizza terrible customers service

I had the worst experience with Debonairs pizza eagle's landing rand park ridge. I ordered from my mobile app and after one hour my food was still not delivered I had to call the store to find out what the problem was and the manger Christine could not even assist me. The store did not even call me to tell me my order would be late I had to make numberous calls and after more than a hour they call to say the driver is lost. I would advise people to never order for delivery from that store I ended up still having to order food from another store. They give the worst customer service I have ever experienced and it's the third time this happens with the same store
