Debonairs Pizza Tembi Mall Tembisa

Hi there. I would really like to express how poor and unsatisfactory the customer service of Debonairs Pizza Tembi Mall in Tembisa is. I am a frequent customer there, I absolutely love the ordering app as it's convenient and I have never experienced any serious problems UNTIL 24 March 2018! My order was accepted at 07:20pm and my order never came. No call from the fast food outlet to let their customer know of any challenges that are unforeseen. It's just a courtesy call, no harm done. So I call the 3 numbers that were linked to my order and none of them were reachable until I got an automated response that I am now calling outside of their working hours and this is at 9pm. It's been almost 2hrs of waiting for a pizza. So the next day I call one of the numbers and it takes me to the Debonairs at View and a lady by the name of Gift answers. After I told her what happened she asks me what they should do because they didn't have any drivers and gives me the managers personal number who I called and she said I must call her back on Monday. The managers name is Nthabiseng ********** 794 . If this is the route that customers should take to have proper customer service then we have a long way to go. This is unacceptable and goes against everything that the business stands on.

I trust and hope that this does not fall on deaf ears. We want to support every business especially in a township were these business opportunities are helping many families but not at my inconvenience.
