Debonairs Pizza staff is ***********!!!

On June 31, 2024, I ordered a pizza at Pan African Mall in Alex. I waited for over an hour for it to arrive. Luckily, I chose the card-on-delivery option. When the driver finally showed up, he said he didn’t have my order because the store probably cancelled it. Why on earth did they cancel it, and if they did, why is the driver even here? I then left it.

The next day, June 1, 2024, I ordered a pizza from Debonairs Balfour Park. The pizza delivery guy calls me 30 minutes later and asks me to come outside to fetch the pizza in 3 minutes . I tell him I am unable to fetch the pizza outside but that I can send him the code to enter the estate. And he had the nerve to drop the call on me! It's now over an hour and 20 minutes later, and my pizza still isn't here. When I check the app, it says my order has been delivered. How??? The staff at Debonairs is rude and audacious. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy from Debonairs!!!
