Debonairs Pizza Springsgate Centre

Good day

I just wane asked a big Question to Debonairs???

On the 27the June 2020 i order pizza to colect.The Assistant said it will be ready in 15 min.!!!After 40 min when i arrived my Pizza's was not ready yet i wait another 30 min and i was not allowed in the store as we were only 2 lady's standing in the cold to be help. Yes i know there is Convid-19 protocols but really no customer was at that time in Store accept for the staff and the delivery guys....???

On the 3rd July 2020 i order again pizza's to be collected by myself.The assistant said it will be ready in 45 min i said okay i will pick them up.After 50 min i arrived at the Store only to find 2 men customers inside and the rest outside??I phone in again and asked if my order is ready the lady said no its not i must wait.I told her after 50 min my orser os not ready really????And i canceled my order and left un happy!!!!

Later the night just before eighth o clock my husband got a call from the deliveryman of Debonairs he is there to deliver our pizza's .I told him that i was in front of the Store to collect and it was not ready so i cancelled my order i don't want it sorry..?? I'm a very loyal customer of Debonairs but I'm very unhappy about my experiences with this branch..

I phone on friday night after the delivery man was at my home and asked them is this the way a custo.er get treated and the Assistant told me that the Manager will phone me back as they got my number on the system and my husbands number who place the order.Only to find out now after 5 working days that customers is not important to them we got no call back nothing as yet???

1. How long must we wait to pick up an order?? 2. Is it only sirtan customers that's allowed in your stores or now with Covid-19 what is the rule???

Side subs is not allowed to be order as well??? Why??? Twice now i was not allowed to order??

Please i just want some answer's as i think I'm not the only Customer that's unhappy. Don't use Covid-19 as an excuse to help diffrent customer a different way???
