Debonairs Pizza South Gate Mall Utterly Poor and Appalling Service

I have the Worst Experience with Debonairs Pizza South Gate Mall. I placed a telephonic order for delivery on 23rd August 2019 for Debonairs South Gate Mall at 18:20 hrs. By 19:40 hrs my delivery had not arrived. I called the orders number again at 19:51 hrs to find out what was happening and they put me through to the South Gate Mall Debonairs Directly. The lady working at the Debonairs picked up and advise the delivery driver was leaving the store with my order. I live 8km away from the South Gate mall. By 20:40 hrs which was close to an hours after calling for the second time my orders had still not arrived. At that present time the order was 2hour 20 minutes late, BUT WAIT there's More . When the delivery guy finally arrived with my order at 21:00hr. I calmed myself down and asked him politely what has going at that store, The driver could clearly see my order was placed at 18:29 on the Debonairs slip he game me vs the time he arrived to drop off the order. He out right told me that the store is a mess and they just cannot handle client orders. This utterly poor level of service is totally unacceptable. This is the order number I got via their system#***1.
