Debonairs Pizza Setsing; The most horrible service ever.

I placed an order online at 16h25 at the Setsing, Phuthaditjhaba store as delivery. I decided to call them at 19h12 to find out why my order hasn't been delivered and they said that the number provided wasn't going through. First of all, it was loadsheding during those 2 hours (16h00-18h00) and even when the electricity was back and the network was back, no one bothered to call again to keep checking if the customer is still waiting. The person over the phone even dropped the phone call saying their drivers have knocked off and couldn't even say where the order is, regardless of how many times one asked. What is making me livid as a customer is that, these very people continue giving horrible service over and over and over again, collect or delivery. How do I continue trusting such poor customer service? I sit here, it is 19h25 and I can say I waited 3 hours for my order. I don't know what my family of 7 is supposed to eat or who has the energy to get up and start making dinner. I give this store -5 star as a review!! Just because it was a cash on delivery order, they couldn't care less. The most annoying part of it all, is them saying they don't know my address that was picked up by Google maps, yet my past orders have be delivered at the same place. Hello Peter, change that whole entire staff, complacent and *********** people, all of them! Who drops the call of a customer? Just because it is the most central pizza store we have in town? I have had enough of all of this. I know my customer rights. This was horrible, beyond terrible!
