Debonairs Pizza service

I placed an order on the debonair's pizza app and after 30 minutes it was marked that the delivery had arrived. There was no one outside nor did the delivery man call me to confirm that he had indeed arrived. I kept calling the store as well as the driver but none of them answered. I logged a call on the app to ask for help and to at least get my refund. Months have passed, and neither did I get an email from Debonairs nor did I get my refund. Disappointed, as I was very loyal to them.
