Debonairs Pizza service

I would like to express my utmost disgust of service I have received today, I am sorry for the language there but that is a word that came to mind.

Ordered through the app and Debonairs Chris Hani was the nearest restaurant. Waited +2 hours for my order to arrive, called the call center and was thrown from pillar to post with no explonatory responses about my order and in hunger one consultant asked if I would like to cancel my order and be refunded, like really my brother.

So this review is in plea of a better service both from Debonairs pizza and the call center because after much wait my order came through and my pizza was squashed up, I am quite sure we do not need this in this trying times.
