Debonairs pizza Sasolburg, dismal service

I placed an order and made an online payment on the Debonairs app at 17:32. It is now 19:49 and no sign of my order arriving. The worst part is that there is no order tracking facilities for the Sasolburg store and they are not answering the phone. I tried to get assistance on the live chat but the automated responses just tell me that I need to contact the store, who by the way are not answering the phone. I have no means of tracking an order that is now taking well over 2 hours to complete and worst of all I have already made a payment.
