Debonairs pizza Sandton city worst service ever

I am so disappointed with Debonairs pizza Sandton city. If the was a zero rating option on this platform I was going to give it to them.My 1st bad experience was when I bought a pizza & wings. They only prepared the pizza for an hour and forgot about the wings. I had to wait another 45 mins for them to prepare the wings, which came half cooked, no Marinate and had water dripping from them.

Today's experience was the worst. I ordered a sweet Chilli pizza small triple decker I waited 45 minutes for the order. When I stood up to inquire about my order it seemed they had the orders mixed up as they did not even began to prepare my order. The lady that was at the counter even had to ask me what I had ordered. I had to wait for another hour to get my order. I am never buying from this restaurant ever again.
