Debonairs Pizza Rock Cottage cold pizza

On the 25th of September 2024 I ordered a pizza online at Debonairs Rock Cottage. I scheduled for it to be delivered at 18:45 but only received the pizza a few minutes before 8pm. I followed up on the delivery and was informed that the y are experiencing high volumes of orders but mentioned to them that the driver left an hour later after placing the order at 17:23. They informed me that the pizza will not be cold and the driver should send a callback request when he gets to my place, but the driver kept on apologizing and left in a hurry without sending the callback request after being informed of such. I was called on 26 September 2024 regarding the complaint but told them that I will not accept any discounts on the next orders, of which I will not be placing any time soon after what I experienced, and demanded a full refund of the purchase. The lady told me that she needs to speak to the owners, of which will take time and it's been 3 weeks now with no response from or any refund. I need my refund because my family was looking forward to a delicious pizza, but got disappointed with the delay and a cold pizza. We didn't enjoy it at all and I was hoping this would be resolved amicably.
