Debonairs Pizza reminded me why i stopped buying there many years ago!!!

So after many years of not eating by Debonairs, we decided lastnight 11/09/2025 to go back and have a Pizza we always use to buy on repeat. A triple decker, we went to the Ottery branch. It wasn't full and we didnt wait long. Once we got home after a long day of work, we indulged. Just to find that the Pizza barely had any toppings on, it was hard and just felt like we were eating 3 pieces of hard bread ontop of one another. My husband and I both had a slice each, i gave half of mine to the dog. We thought should we have another??? and we tried another and after that one bite we decided this is disgusting and gave that to our dog too. I then took pictures of all the slices left, taking 1 of the other to find almost no filling and something that looks like it was thrown together! I called the number thrice and they tried to put me through to the store to speak to someone but the line never got answered and this store was quiet!!! On the third attempt a lady assured me she will get the Ottery Branch manager to call me back. 1 day later and I called again for the manager to ask me to send pictures and question why I did not keep the pizza and this was the feedback after not responding for 4 hours, I sent a question mark : Afternoon ma'am thanx for bringing in our attention I'm very very sorry about what happened, but I can't be able to make another one cause you throw away you supposed to keep it so we can be able to make another one ..yes we saw the pics but you supposed to keep the pizza... What kind of customer service is this? and how am I suppose to keep a pizza a day later!!! My dog ate it but that was the end of me having supper. How ridiculous is this well established Brand!!!!!
