Debonairs Pizza Raisethorpe Pietermaritzburg

Bought a Pizza online at Debonairs Raisethorpe Pietermaritzburg on 21st Sep ‘24. Received an sms that my delivery was received by me 25 mons before my order reached me. It finally came. I noticed that the box had a shoe print, like somebody stepped on it before my pizza was packed. Asked the guy he said “he only delivers”. When i open the box it was dry like it was prepared last week, and the shape was not normal, had traces of boxes in it. Called the shop and the guy who said is a manager called me back. Told me that they checked the cameras and there is nothing wrong with the pizza. They can only compensate me with a small pizza. Mind you I bought a Large pizza and paid the delivery. Im not happy and feel that im being taken advantage of. How could I received a dry pizza with a shoe print in a box???
