Debonairs pizza Protea Glen poor service

I would like to Express my dissatisfaction on Debonairs Pizza Protea Glen. Poor poor poor service from them. I have made an order today at 16:17 the 29th of Feb 2020 and they accepted the order with Order # ***2. I have recieved nothing from them and zero communication and the time now is 20:07.

I usually place my order like this and they would deliver very late and I would keep quiet and not complain. At times they call and and say they will bring my order and till the next day in the morning that's when I will get a order.

What Debonairs is advertising and also the taste is horrible. The pizza is sometimes not well cooked if not a running source. If this continues to happen then you will wonder what happened to your sales. They will slowly run that business to the ground. Drivers also like to complain regarding payment methods so we need to have cash at home always if we want to buy there though I prefer to use my card.

We have ordered today but not the pizza as we know it will taste horrible so we bought something else that has not been delivered let along the call or any communication.

If this app doesn't work then remove it so people can do the walk ins. Service generally for them is Zero. Very much unhappy with them.
