DEBONAIRS PIZZA PROTEA GLEN MALL, GET YOUR PLACE IN ORDER

on Tuesday, 27/09/2022 While waititng for my daughter to order Pizza at Debonairs Pizza Protea Gardens Mall., i sat on the bench unaware that one side is missing *****s. when i moved from the middle to the left side to pick up my 2 year old son, the bench lifted and i fell down back amd neck and hit my left leg on the bench next to the one i was sitting at. My son fortunately fell on top of me otherwise he would have fell on the concrete floor and gotten hurt. Due to the embarra*****t i quickly stood up and i thought i was ok but i am not. My neck is stiff and my leg is sore. The manager i assume did come say sorry,and only then she marked the bench as unsafe to sit on. Debonairs our well being as customers is important. To add salt to the wound , we didn't get our order because the swiping facility has network problems. Imagine. I left the place hurt and pizza-less. FIX YOUR BENCHES BEFORE SOMEONE ELSE GETS HURT. FIX YOUR SWIPING FACILITY
