Debonairs pizza Protea Glen Mall bad service.

The Debonairs pizza branch in Protea Glen Mall gave me the most horrible service I have received, ever. I had ordered a pizza online and it took about 4 hours for the pizza to arrive, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and dry. I tried to contact the store countless times but with no help. Whatsoever. I'm very disappointed by this as I am one of the loyal supporters.
