Debonairs Pizza- Protea Glen Mall. A waste of time

Don't know why you guys wanted to open during lockdown if you are not ready for the influx of orders. Ordered my pizza at 12pm Sunday 10th May. It is now 3pm and I havent received my order. Phone lines are busy cant even get through to the call centre. Worst decision to order pizza.

I need my refund please because I already paid online.
