debonairs pizza protea glen bad service!

On the 5th of Dec 2019 @ 17:18 I made an order online (Debonairs - Protea Glen mall) to order 2 small pizzas and Fanta orange. I waited until 18:52 that's when I decided to call them and check how far the pizza is, they lady who answered the phone said that its on its way. but still I waited until I called again @19:56 this time I was talking to a different person who said the delivery was out a long time ago. only at 20:42 that is when the delivery was made. I was not happy because I waited for the delivery for more than 2hours for something that could have taken less than 30minutes. all I am asking from them is to please refund me my money because I was already preparing myself for bed and the pizza took way too long and on top of it my airtime was wasted for calling them more than once to ask them how far is the delivery. I am not happy with their service, it happened before but this time it was too much! they said the manager will call me yesterday and until today I am still waiting
