Order Number # ***2 The worst Service I have experienced today .I ordered a Pizza from Debonairs Pizza Princess Crossing at 12:21 Online they accepted it after few moments on their app it said delivered.No way to track your Order or how far is it okay I took it upon my Self to call *** To check what's going on Spoke to a Consultant Emihle who advised at first I don't have an order then I rep**** to advise no check my order he placed me on hold for 15 minutes then Hang Up called again same Agent I asked to be transferred to Debonairs Pizza Princess Crossing Spoke To Lucky who advised my delivery is on the way .13:15pm called again Emihle or lucky said driver came back with the Pizza mind you I'm running around our Neighbourhood trying to make sure I accommodate the Driver as might get lost as it's a new Development.I call again through to Fish aways they kindly take Thier Patience and go to Debonairs Pizza Princess Crossing Spoke with Derrick Who advised Driver returned back and Gave His Manager the phone Xolani very Rude no soft skills at The Pizza arrive 2pm wet cold soggy
