Debonairs pizza - prepare for an incomplete order and 17 hours waiting period to completion?!

Worst service ever! Ordered 2 pizzas with addtional toppings. Almost 2 hours later the guy showed up with only one pizza (completely crushed into the box). Said he will go get the other pizza. He never came back. After more than 20 attempts to phone the front desk I managed to get through the next day and they said they will send the remaining pizza. After another 2 hours of waiting (now almost 17 hours later...) I phoned them again and they said the pizza is on the way. Almost 30 min later the pizza arrived but it was cold, dry and did not contain the extra toppings I have requested and paid for. This is unacceptable service!!!!!! Would give a negative star rating if it was possible!!!!!
